Our Return Policy
 
Most of our products are personalised or customised specifically for you. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they have no  intrinsic value once personalised. These items cannot be re-sold, and 
therefore we regret that we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
 
We urge you to take extra care that no mistakes are made when ordering from our website. We will cut and paste the information you supply to us in order to fulfil your order. We often contact the customers if sometimes there needs to be clarified but the responsibility does lie with you and not us. If the customer will not get back with in 24 hours after sending our email we have  the right to process the order with the details originally given by the customer. Or cancel the order if after 48 hours the order given by the customer cannot be process due to some lacking or erroneous personalisation requirements.
 
We do our best to describe items as accurately as possible and  ensure that  all products are of good quality however should any damage be incurred during transit and in the unlikely event that you receive an item proven to be  manufacturers defect, wrong item or an error on our part please notify us with in 48 hours upon receipt to rectify the problem. 
 
If you received faulty item, please contact us quoting your order,your name, details of the product and the reason. To help us investigate the problem quicker please provide images of the item to sales@personalisedgiftsdelight.co.uk. We will then advise on how to proceed.
 
 
For non personalised items and you are not completely satisfied with the goods simply return them to us with in within 7 days. You have a duty to return the item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility, except if the item  is faulty or does not comply with the contract.  Email us at sales@personalisedgiftsdelight.co.uk stating your order number, your name, and any details so we can provide you with the correct return address.
