Most of the products represented on personalisedgiftsdelight.co.uk are personalised products. In this instance, full payment for the goods will be taken in advance as the products are bespoke in nature. Please note that personalised products cannot be returned except in the event of a fault.

We reserve to brand our personalised products and please note that most of items are personalised therefore we may refuse to accept an order where goods are not available, where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment, if there has been a discrepancy with the pricing,description,images or personalisation required, If you are ordering personalised products which contains content which either threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience and we may refuse to sell alcoholic products if we suspect that the buyer is under 18 years old.

ORDERING FROM US

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered, notifying that we received your order. This notification is not a notification that we have accepted your order. If we accept your order, we will notify you by email that we have accepted it. If we cannot accept your order for instance when the goods are unavailable we will contact you either by email or by telephone. We reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer you a refund.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform personalisedgiftsdelight.co.uk as soon as possible.

Pricing, Description,Images & Personalisation

If an error is discovered in the price, images, description or personalisation details requirements from the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price, description or personalisation requirements are incorrect, for any reason we will contact you right away and ask to confirm whether you still wish to fulfil your order. If you choose to cancel the order we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these terms.

Please note that while we try to represent all products to their exact designs this maybe times that colours or designs may varies.

Personalisedgiftsdelight.co.uk postage charge is based on weight. Most of our items aresent via Royal Mail First Class and some by courier if the items is over 2kgs. Delivery costs are quoted for UK mainlaind addresses only.

A range of our products qualify for FREE standard postage, these includes, Novels, Notebooks, Diaries, Cards, Chocolate Bars, Scrap Books, Colouring Books, Story Books and Selected Mugs.

*Standard delivery

Standard delivery starts from as little as £1.99. Most of our orders are dispatched viaRoyal Mail First Class and should arrive with in 1 to 3 working days after we dispatch your items. While orders over 2kgs are sent by courier and should arrive with in 24 to72 hours.

*Express Delivery:

You can opt out to upgrade your delivery via Express Delivery at the checkout. Expressdelivery starts from £5.99 orders placed before 11am Monday – Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon Friday will be process on Monday.

Our Express Delivery is estimated between 24 hours to 5 working days depending on the items that you have ordered. Ceramic and Printed items which are our longest processes lead times may range from 3 to 5 working days and will be dispatch next day after production. So, expect at least 6 days for this items to be delivered. During Christmas timewhen we are processing high volume of orders, you may wish to select this option Express Delivery are always given priority.

Saturday Delivery:

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee Saturday delivery as standard. But if this isrequired please contact us to make special arrangements.



Europe & International DELIVERY

We currently deliver to the UK & Eire but we can deliver to Europe , and the World. However due to current shipping shipping costs weight restrictions are currently in place. So, if you live overseasor outside UK & Eire and still wish to make a purchase then please contact us to agree with shipping costs.

EUROPE Signed For only

The Europe P&P is calculated based on weight of the item/s ordered. Delivery to Europe usually takes 4 to 10 working days after dispatch. Please note that personalised itemscan take up to 10 working days depending on your item ordered.

USA & CANADA International Signed For

The USA, Canada & rest of the world P&P is calculated based on weight of the items ordered. Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 working days after dispatch. Please note that personalised items can take up to 10 working days depending on your item ordered. Therefore your items will approximately arrive with in 2 weeks time from date of order.

Important: Customs and Taxes are levied once the package reaches its destination country. This additional charges for customs clearance will be shouldered by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and customs policies differs widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.


LEAD TIMES

Our goal is to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possibly. Please note that orders received from Monday to Thursday process normally on the day. While orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please note that counting lead times is based on our working days which is from Monday to Friday. Please note that possible delays due to weather conditions,fire, bank holidays and industrial controls are out of our control.


International P & P Shipping

Europe: Postage to Europe starts from £9.99. Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 working days after despatched.

U.S, Canada and Rest of The World: Postage and Shipping starts from £16.99. Delivery would take up to 10 working days and sometimes would take longer. Please note that personalised items can take up to 10 working days therefore you items will approximately arrive with in 2 weeks time or more from date of order. Customs and Taxes applies will be shouldered by the buyer.

Please note that working days is from Monday to Friday (9:30a.m. to 5:30p.m.) in which we only process orders on this timescales but you can place your order 24/7. Orders received after 12:00 noon of a Friday will not be process until Monday. All deliveries and timescales on this website do not include weekends or bank holidays. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers.


Our Returns Policy

 

Returns and exchange 
 
Most of our products are personalised or customised specifically for you. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they have no intrinsic value once personalised. These items cannot be re-sold, and therefore we regret that we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
 
We urge you to take extra care that no mistakes are made when ordering from our website. We will cut and paste the information you supply to us in order to fulfil your order. We often contact the customers if sometimes there needs
to be clarified but the responsibility does lie with you and not us. If the customer will not get back with in 24 hours after sending our email we have the right to process the order with the details originally given by the customer. Or cancel the order if after 48 hours the order given by the customer cannot be process due to some lacking or erroneous personalisation requirements.
 
We do our best to describe items as accurately as possible and  ensure that all products are of good quality however should any damage be incurred during transit and in the unlikely event that you receive an item proven to be manufacturers defect, wrong item or an error on our part please notify us with in 48 hours upon receipt to rectify the problem. 
 
If you received faulty item, please contact us quoting your order,your name, details of the product and the reason. To help us investigate the problem quicker please provide images of the item to sales@personalisedgiftsdelight.co.uk. We will then advise on how to proceed.
 
 
For non personalised items and you are not completely satisfied with the goods simply return them to us with in within 7 days. You have a duty to return the item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty or does not comply with the contract. Email us at sales@personalisedgiftsdelight.co.uk stating your order number, your name, and any details so we can provide you with the correct return address.

 


Order Cancellations

Most of our products are personalised and are sent immediately for production therefore we cannot cancel your order once it has been at the production process. Once your order status is shown as processing or despatched cancellation or amendment is no longer possible. You can contact us HERE.

PLEASE NOTE: *In the unlikely event that the item ordered is out of stock you will be given option to wait for item with approximate date for delivery or an instant refund. Stock is updated very frequently but sometimes on popular items can be rendered out of stock in between update
